A BUSINESS rescue practitioner has described the financial mess he found at the SA Post Office (Sapo) after he was appointed to turn around the insolvent state-owned entity, which was failing to settle its historical debts.
Sapo chief executive officer Nomkhita Mona also absolved herself from the mess, saying when she joined the entity it had already been going through decades of financial troubles.
