Drama in THE WOODS

“I’ve often wondered,’ said my friend Wendy, completely out of the blue, as we strolled through the woods, ‘who put the ram in the rama lama ding dong?’

This marked a surprising turn in the conversation, as we’d previously been discussing which of our friends makes the lightest pastry.

‘And what is the rama lama ding dong, anyway,’ she continued. ‘It’s something that’s occasionally bothered me.’

We are not far from the hotel, where we are spending a long weekend, courtesy of the owner, Wendy’s sister-in-law Phoebe.
