“A really big part of why I feel the need to share my surrogacy story is because I am Coloured, and my husband is Black, and both Yuleen and Larry are Indian. I have seen that especially in the Black and Indian communities, how alternative methods of having children are frowned upon. This makes it very difficult for people when faced with issues of infertility, and I wanted to help open some minds as to what options are available.
