How can you permanently disable BT’s hotspot Wi-Fi?
In your answer to Mrs R Bayne’s question in Issue 665’s Problems Solved (‘Can I Switch off my Wi-Fi?’, page 64), you suggested disabling the Wi-Fi in the router administration page. Mrs Bayne says she has electrical sensitivities. The BT router not only transmits a Wi-Fi signal for use at home, but also for hotspots for anyone passing by her home.
