Film: KNIVES OUT
Here’s something thoroughly entertaining for Saturday night. Rian Johnson’s modernised whodunnit is a riot of plotand studied Southerners such as Tennessee Williams to get his accent right. Johnson updated the Agatha Christie formula by bringing in class politics via Ana de Armas’ nurse Marta, an immigrant who is the only good person in the film, apart from Blanc and the dead man, that is.
