Santaco demands permanent taxi rank in uMhlanga

THE South African National Taxi Council (Santaco) and the Greater North Taxi Association in eThekwini will meet on Tuesday with the eThekwini Municipality and Oceans Umhlanga Development role-players to discuss where a permanent taxi rank will be constructed in the lower uMhlanga area.
