HERITAGE CONSERVATION
Under the Heritage Conservation programme, the city collaborated with IIT Madras to repair significant landmarks like Gandhi Hall, Rajwada Palace, Gopal Mandir, Krishna Pura Chhatri, and Boliya Sarkar ki Chhatri, as well as to improve public areas. Every Sunday at 10 monuments and 2.49 kilometres in length, Indore City offers educational heritage walks. Four specifically hired historians provide accurate information.

With the use of quick-resolution systems, ITMS, ICCC, computerised building permissions, and otherIn order to monitor and connect with various municipal services, as well as to receive real-time data from recently installed ITMS systems, Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) SCADA, Integrated Solid Waste Management, and Indore 311 (Citizen Grievances and Redressal System), among other sources, Indore Smart City has set up a one-of-a-kind Integrated Command Control Centre System (ICCC). This data is synced and used for governance.
