Sticky Korean Wings with Pea and Sesame Rice

YOU WILL NEED:

2 tbsp gochujang2 tbsp fish sauce1 tbsp cider vinegar1 tsp caster sugar2 cloves garlic500g chicken wings5 spring onions/scallions2 tbsp sesame oil150g basmati rice150g frozen peas

1 Preheat the oven to 210°C and line a large baking tray with baking paper. Add two tbsp of gochujang, two tbsp of fish sauce, one tbsp of vinegar, and one tsp of sugar to a large mixing bowl. Peel, then finely grate in two cloves of garlic – we will use the rest later.

2 Add 500g of chicken wings to the bowl
