But for those less inclined to scour the globe and bet the farm on what may (or may not) be a mint-condition ’59 ’Burst, the new Gibson Certified Vintage programme is a revelation.
Since February, the company has been busy batch-releasing a run of rare leftfield, historic and celebrity-owned models, sold via Nashville’s Gibson Garage and backed by the unprecedented safety net of a Gibson lifetime warranty.
