How did the Cottage Herbery nursery come about in 1976?
It started with a school project for my Domestic Science class – I chose herbs and spices as my subject and I had just one book to work from, Herbs, Spices and Flavourings by Tom Stobart, which came out in 1970 and I still have today. It was the beginning of my love of herbs.
