Row 1 (RS): K1, *P1, K1; rep from * to end.

Row 2: P1, *K1, P1; rep from * to end.

These 2 rows form rib.

Cont in rib until work meas 6 cm, inc 1 st at centre of last row and ending with RS facing for next row.

82 (92:104:114:126:136:148:158:172) sts.

Change to 3.75mm needles.

Beg and ending rows as indicated, using the intarsia technique (twisting yarns together at back of work when changing colour), repeating
