ICELANDIC CAST-OFF

K1, *slip stitch from RH needle to LH needle, insert RH needle through first stitch on LH needle purlwise and through second stitch on LH needle knitwise, pulling second stitch through first stitch but leaving both on the needle, then wrap yarn around RH needle to knit the second stitch and allow both stitches to drop from LH needle; rep from * to end. Fasten off.

COLLAR

Using 4mm circular needles, 40cm long, and yarnA, caston113sts.

Pm and join to work in the rnd, taking care not to twist sts.

Rnd 1: Knit.

Rnd 2: Purl.

Rnds 3-6: Rep rnds 1-2 twice more.
