“Yes, sir!”

“Then fire up those engines!” Professor Valgorium fluttered down the ladder from the main deck and stood behind the helm. His eyes barely peeked over it, and his top hat sat askew.

Jedidiah ran to the thrusters, grabbed the handle, and heaved down with all his might. A loud grinding sound filled the air.

The engine coughed.

It sputtered.
