Before starting, check your local council regulations. For location of enclosure, consider access around bin and ensure the ground is level. Allow 150mm clearance so you can open bin lid within the bin enclosure.

Here’s how

Mark enclosure plan on ground with chalk. With Components list (above) and Assembly diagrams (page 62), measure, mark and cut Side frame andcomponents with roller. Allow each coat to dry.
