WHAT amazes me is the agapanthus plants that are thriving in my borders, containers and crevices in paths. I once bought a blue flowered and also a white flower agapanthus that have self-seeded. The seed heads dried and the wind dispersed the seeds all around my quite big garden.
I am amazed to find small agapanthus in pots, rose beds and in small gaps onthe patio stones. My soil is obviously much better for seeds than ‘professional’ seed compost. I have potted up dozens and dozens to give away. They are well received as these plants are quite expensive to buy.
