This event is open to anyone interested in family history, not just members of the u3a (formerly the University of the Third Age; ). There will be four expert talks: ‘Chasing Those Brick Walls!’ contributor Dave Annal, ‘Digging into the Parish Chest’ by Jackie Depelle and ‘Why the Welsh Left Wales’ by Dr Penny Walters. There will also be stalls by family history organisations, refreshments and a two-course finger buffet lunch. Delegates will be offered a free goody bag and prize draw. £30, advance booking required.
