‘What’s really impressive is the band that GN’R have become.’

It’s coming up to eight years since the reunion that no one ever thought would ever happen actually happened, and the juggernaut that is the reconstituted Guns N’ Roses shows no sign of slowing down. Their current We’re F’n’ Back! tour has raked in upwards of $150 million since it kicked off in July 2021. That’s on top of the $560 million they coined on the original Not In This Lifetime… reunion tour. The 60,000 people gathered in Hyde Park today will add a decent chunk of change to their bank accounts too.

So far, so lucrative. But what’s really impressivephase seems like a halfremembered hallucination now, as does the rent-amusician on the hotel TV, wasn’t always the case.
