KNIFE BLOCK

Quick, quirky, practical… all you need is a tall, rectangular, vintage tin, and lots of wooden kebab skewers, as many as it takes to fill the tin. Simply insert the knives – and there you have it!

MAGNETIC LETTERS

Colourful old magnetic letters that the children have outgrown can be converted for the office.

YOU WILL NEED

♥ magnetic letters for kids
♥ spraypaint in the colour(s) of your choice
♥ newspaper
♥ metal tray

TO MAKE

Lay out the magnetic letters on a sheet of newspaper and spray paint them from above and from the sides. Leave to dry before using. Mount a metal tray on the wall of your work space and there you have it – a magnetic notice board.
