PRINCE Mangosuthu Buthelezi, the founder and president emeritus of the IFP, is still receiving treatment in hospital.
The 94-year-old underwent a procedure for back pain management. He was subsequently discharged but returned to hospital when the pain did not subside.
In a statement, Dr Bhekuyise Ngqengelele Buthelezi, a family spokesperson, said he had since developed a complication and remained in hospitals to receive the necessary care.
