These Artisanal Vinegars Are Worth the Hype

From sourdough bread to kombucha, certain fermented products have captured the attention of both restaurant chefs and home cooks. One fermented product, vinegar, is undoubtedly a pantry staple, and we’ve written about which ones belong in every cabinet to cook a wide variety of recipes. Over the past couple years, a ton of artisanal brands, often with unique flavors, have gained notoriety on social media and have started appearing on specialty-market shelves.
