The sustainable Pantry

Transitioning to a more sustainable pantry is a gradual process and the key is to think before you buy. Look at what you already have. Do you really need to buy more or can ingredients be substituted? Minimise food waste by planning your meals in advance, making a shopping list and buying only what you need. Regularly check your pantry for expired items and use the “first in, first out” principle to consume older products before newer ones. Start with a few changes and gradually incorporate more sustainable habits into your routine. Every small step you take contributes to a healthier planet and a more sustainable future.
