ANTIFOUL COSTS
You did a report some time ago and a follow up report 18 months later regarding the reliability of different antifouling paints.
I think Hempel Silic One was the winner on both occasions. Having tried to have this put on my new boat, I now understand that it is a very complicated process and costs in excess of four times the normal procedure. I wonder if you could advise me whether this is correct?
