FPP TUTORIAL

NOTES:

■ Seam allowances are ¼in, unless otherwise noted.■ Press seams to the side, unless otherwise instructed.■ FPP templates include seam allowance around the outer edges only. All other templates include seam allowances.■ Shorten your stitch length to around 1.5 for FPP.■ The printed FPP template lines are a mirror■ FPP = Foundation Paper Piecing.■ RST = right sides together.■ WST = wrong sides together.■ RS = right side of fabric or printed side of paper template.■ WS = wrong side of fabric or unprinted side of paper template.■ WOF = width of fabric.■ When instructed to cut out two template pieces, turn the template over to cut the second piece, so that the fabric pieces are mirror images of each other.
