Devoted dad Francis Kelley headed to his kitchen and dug into a bowl of crunchy almond-topped porridge.

He was having the cereal for lunch, but he’d prepared it earlier and kept it in the fridge. It was January 15, 2021, and the 46-year-old noticed a strange taste.

After a few bites he started feeling woozy.

Instantly, he knew something wasn’t right.
