Former Olympic triple jumper Michelle Griffith-Robinson knows all about taking a leap into the unknown – and now she’s pushing to dispel the stigma around menopause and make women aware of an ethnicity gap that means black women, on average, enter the menopause two years earlier than their white counterparts.

The 51-year-old mum of three, married to former rugby union international Matthew Robinson, has teamed up with high street retailer Holland & Barrett for its Every Menopause Matters campaign, saying: “I can use my voice and platform to get messages out there for other black women and marginalised communities.”

She tells HELLO! all about it…
