BRIAN SAYS… Like most EOS R-series cameras, the EOS R5 will start capturing video if you press the movie button while the camera is in Stills mode. On the EOS R5 the camera uses the settings saved in the movie custom mode C3. I would suggest that a good start is to configure the C3 mode as a version of Shutter Priority. Use Auto ISO, and set the resolution and frame rate. Make sure to activate digital movie stabilisation to reduce camera shake.
