Nancy Edelbrock dies at 86

Nancy Edelbrock, wife of Vic Edelbrock, Jr., and an integral part of the Edelbrock performance parts manufacturing legacy, died on Saturday, June 10, almost six years to the day after her husband’s passing on June 9, 2017. Nancy was 86 years old.

Nancy played a large role in shaping and supporting the Edelbrock performance parts company. Today, the Edelbrock Group encompasses multiple brands, including Edelbrock, COMP Cams, FAST, TCI Automotive, Russel, and Lunati.

Vic Edelbrock, Jr. often referred to Nancy as the “Real Boss” of the company, and it was common to see her at automotive trade shows, races, and other promotional events. She was never far from Vic’s side and was a significant part of Edelbrock’s success story. Vic often asked Nancy for her opinions, and she
