A whopping R1,9 million has been repossessed from a Bloemfontein pastor who defrauded the Agricultural Sector Education and Training Authority (AgriSeta).
The funds were recovered by the Special Investigating Unit (SIU) and the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) from Pastor Lerato Raphael Mokoteli, who fraudulently claimed the money from AgriSeta, and constituted proceeds of unlawful activities committed between 2016
