N2 rock-throwing panic

incidents rising

RECENT rock-throwing and rock- laying incidents on the N2 have sparked panic.

In Chesterville, on the N2 northbound before Spaghetti Junction, a few incidents were reported.

On Sunday, rocks were placed on the road, causing a vehicle to crash into the barrier.

When the driver left his car, he was robbed, stabbed in the chest and left in a critical condition.

Also on Sunday, at least five cars had to be towed away after hitting rocks on the same stretch of road.
