Stop URLs and email addresses being hyperlinked
Both LibreOffice Writer and Microsoft Word turn web and email addresses into hyperlinks when you type them. If you don’t want this to happen it’s easy to turn it off.
In Writer, in our screenshot above) and, under both the [M] and [T] columns, untick URL Recognition . Click OK. The next time you type an email or web address, it won’t be turned into a hyperlink.
