MULLETING WITH MATILDA

It’s my favourite time of the year! There are plenty of mullet around and the thinlips are here as well. My partner Phillip and I have spent the last couple of weeks targeting mullet. We have been fishing both in England and in Wales. We started off fishing in Cornwall on one of our favourite rivers, the Fowey. It was a very misty day with quite strong winds so it was hard to see the bites and in the end only Phillip had a fish – the only of the session as it turned out.
