Mike Schuenke's Home Built Hot Rod

Undoubtedly, many of the prettiest parts of a hot rod are parts of the chassis, suspension, or drivetrain. Sadly, these parts are typically covered or at least obscured substantially when the body is in place and the vehicle is finished. Even when these parts are standard off-theshelf items from an amazing aftermarket, they cannot be fully appreciated when the body is in place. After seeing Mike Schuenke’s in-progress 1932 Ford three-window coupe project, we knew everyone would want to see this.

While the body is mainly stock, for the time being, many of the parts mentioned above were fabricated from scratch or heavily modified by the owner. Mike’s creativity and machining and welding ability are nothing short of amazing.
