THE BABY-FACED KILLER

Edgars Buncis’ entire world revolved around his son. A single dad, Edgars doted on little Roberts and, when his boy turned seven in December 2014, Edgars decided to move from their native Latvia to the UK. He hoped for a better life for them both.

Roberts learned English, made friends easily, and took up sports, including judo and soccer.

Edgars didn’t always have heaps of cash, but he worked hard to make sure his son never went without.
