There was quite a commotion at the end of Wish Street. Police cars surrounded the community hall, and flashing blue lights lit up excited faces.
‘What’s going on?’ Lily asked, sidling up to Nina, a woman in her 50s who was standing away from the crowd at the edge of the road.
