LIONEL Shunmugam is closer to getting answers about his wife's death.
In November 2020, Mary Shunmugam, 52, from Woodview in Phoenix, was admitted to the Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Hospital with an upset tummy.
She died five days later. The hospital told Shunmugam that her cause of death was sepsis
