Has PowerToys doubled my PC’s boot time?

I’m booting Windows 11 Pro from my M.2 SSD and was very happy with my startup time. However, after installing Microsoft’s PowerToys (www.snipca.com/46172) following your many recommendations, I set it as a startup item and it seems to have doubled my boot time. I haven’t seen you mention this, so is it something you’d expect?
