Myendran Naidoo was known for being a good Samaritan. On Monday, when armed robbers held up a business on Chris Hani (North Coast) Road, he tried to protect the staff but he was allegedly shot 18 times. He died of his injuries.
Naidoo, 43, from Chelmsford Heights, oThongathi (Tongaat), was employed as a manager for a candle manufacturing factory, close to where the robbery occurred.
