Couple to spread word globally on stem cell donation awareness

‘matches on the map’ drive

MPUMALANGA residents Robin and Jolandie Lewis are planning to boldly go where no couple has gone before and are aiming to become the first two people in the world to embark on a three-continent adventure for stem cell donation awareness.

The pair will embark on a 10-year, 64-country journey to spread global awareness about the importance of stem cell donation. They will start their “Matches on the Map” journey from their hometown,Mbombela, in August, and will be travelling an estimated 110 000km through Africa, Europe, and Asia in their one-of-a-kind
