    Agency requires more data from Jay resort developer

    A Miami, Fla. developer looking to build a luxury, large-scale subdivision in the town of Jay submitted more permit information to the Adirondack Park Agency in April, but the agency declared the application incomplete—for the third time.

    Eric Stackman plans to build a hotel, mansions, villas and townhomes on a 385-acre parcel along the Ausable River, about a halfhour drive to Whiteface Mountain.
