My practice consists of painting, drawing, digital media, and site-specific installation. I am interested in thinking beyond a human-centered understanding of the earth.a cognitive shift in how we think about the environment. Using raw pigment, digital drawing, rainwater, and wax in my process, my paintings are artifacts of their time and space. Though the outputs may vary, my practice is singular: I use the language of abstraction to make connections between the micro and macro. The big question for me is understanding the interdependency of how we exist within our environment and how our environment exists in us.
