CONMEBOL, the regional governing body of South America, announced in January that the 2024 edition of their top competition, the Copa America, will be returning to North America! This decision came after negotiations between CONMEBOL and CONCACAF, the regional football governing body for North and Central America, had begun during the 2022 Men’s World Cup in Qatar.
