Materials: Paper – My Mind’s Eye; Embellishments – D-lish Scraps arrows, flair and button, Kaisercraft chipboard, K&Company Smash pocket, Elle’s Studio tag, Urban Artist stencil, washi tape, acrylic paint, impasto, Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist.

I initially considered Ali Edwards’ One Little Word, a selected word for the year. As Ali Edwards tells us: ‘You live with it. You invite it into your life. You let it speak to.’ But I struggled. No word seemed to be right for me. Create – too obvious. Believe – too cliché. Embrace – maybe, but it wasn’t speaking to me.
