1 tin (420g) Mexican flavoured baked beans ½ cup drained sweet tinned corn 1 onion, diced 1 capsicum, diced 200g skinless chicken breast with excess fat removed, cut into bite-sized pieces ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese 10-12 Corn Thins® slices, to serve
