It all started back in 1903, when the 54GT El Paso was registered and George Town first became a British Port of Registry, known as the Cayman Islands Shipping Registry (CISR). The 32ft , built in Bodden Town by James Levy for Thomas Connor and the first Cayman-built boat, followed soon after.
