CONFESS to espousing my views on future fuels in past editorials, and that was merely to promote awareness and discussion about the rapid changes coming at us head-on. Some of those positive messages in favour of the internal combustion engine are; direct CO2 capture from the air, production of carbon-neutral fuels and increasing combustion fuel efficiency from 30 per cent to 60 per cent using dual fuels (petrol and diesel). Counter to these are electric vehicles which the left-leaning green messiahs are promulgating as the way forward.
