Almond macaroons
Get your bake on with this sweet treat!
MAKES 20-24 Preheat oven to 170°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Whisk 200g caster sugar and 2 large egg whites together until mixture becomes glossy and smooth. Add ½ tsp orange blossom water, fold in 200g ground almonds and add 45g rice flour. Scoop up a heaped teaspoon of mixture and use a second spoon to scrape it onto baking tray.
