Time can be a trippy thing. It’s hard to believe that on 11 July 2013, a decade ago, OITNB premiered on Netflix. The first episode opened with Piper and her ex-girlfriend Alex getting intimate in a shower before the scene cut to Piper taking her first shower in Litchfield prison after being imprisoned for transporting drug money for Alex.
