Through the summer, I try to use my air-cooled VWs as often in possible. In fact, unless the weather is truly diabolical, the ol’ Trekker is my go-to daily driver. The ’67 is a different matter, partly due to it being a bit noisy, and thirsty, but also because I don’t have time to clean and detail a black car!
