Coming home to you

“I’ve been pondering the beauty of human connection transcending time and borders, and I wanted to capture the essence of that in my paintings. Affect is a love letter to the people that shape us.”

What is your earliest memory of art?

The very first artwork I can remember seeing as a child was an oil painting by my mum. It would sometimes live on our walls and, when mum grew tired of it, she would hide it next to the Christmas decorations in the closet.
