You don’t have to be a rocket scientist

Regular readers of this column will no doubt have noticed my sometimes cynical view of wild foods. If it doesn’t taste good, I will say so, and not fall into the trap of recommending something because of its novelty value, as, I have noticed, many ‘posh’ restaurants seem to do.
